Replacing the Burner Receptacle on Your Electric Stove

On the electric stove and perhaps most of the devices used in the home. As a result, it suffers significant wear and tear. Step 1 - Disconnect the gas stove

Before starting any work in any electrical device, it is best to get it from the power outlet. Check the back of your stove for a plug 220 volts, remove it from the socket. If you can not connect the stove, turn off the Circuit Breaker connected to the power outlet. You should ensure that there is no authority in the stove because you will work with bare wire.
Step 2 - Remove the item

In order to remove the pot, you will need to connect the first element and keep them aside. While most of the elements simply disconnect, you must refer to your owners manual for the correct way to remove the item.
Step 3 - Remove the pot

Once you remove the element, to support the cover of the stove. Covers most of the open stove hood, such as car / hood. Next, unscrew the bowl of age. You will find that is attached to the pot to the old stove with two wires. These wires stand out from the back or from under the pot. Cut the wires using a wire cutter to take the pot completely. Make sure to leave at least 2 inches of wire (connected to the stove) graduated. This will come in handy in the next step.
Step 4 - Attach new wiring

The use of bare wire tool or knife to strip wires (connected to the stove) such as lack of insulation material left on them. That the tape must be at least a quarter inch so that you are able to join them for a new cable with ease. Next, attach the new wires (which are connected and a new pot) for this bare wire with the help of the wire nuts. Should be included wire nuts in a number of private and replace the pot.
Step 5 - click on the new container

Once you have secured the wires tightly, and screw in the bowl of a new furnace. Screws for this should also be included in several replacement.
Step 6 - Finishing up

Secured after a new pot, close the cover of the fireplace. Prior to re-connect the stove or switch on the Circuit Breaker, make sure to plug in the item in the pot again.
