The human resource department is the most functional and operational department which is considered to deal with manpower recruitment focusing in such a way that it fits candidates in right positions in best companies across the globe and gives candidates the best salary option along with other benefits that they are eligible for their qualification and experience levels and keep them at bliss and peace giving the best corporate environment for them to grow in career in all possible directions namely lateral, horizontal and vertical way according to international frame of network complying to rules and standards with best quality .
This human resource department can be within an organization or it can be external via consultancy firms also.
There are certain Standard Norms which have to be valued and placed properly while placing an advertisement while seeking candidates for employment in any media.
1. The name of the company which seeks employment has to be very clearly given in bold letters.
2. The corporate profile of the company is very essential and has to be mentioned at a minimum level in a small paragraph which can be of 4 to 6 lines in a crisp manner citing the best features of the company in an attractive manner.
3. The Quality Factor acquired by the organization is something which speaks good about the organization, hence the quality motto along with symbol is mandatory which makes candidates feel and get a good impression of the organization they are applying. The quality factor has to be mentioned
4. The standard of English is worst and horrible day by day by media and corporates will have to guide sometimes for media because certain important words for certain positions corporates will only know and some standard has to be maintained while flashing advertisements.
5. Just doing advertisement business in media or anywhere is not important. The TQM and ISO Standard of quality must be there which cant be compromised at any cost.
6. The corporates have to understand that they get the best advertisement for their company, then only there is value for the rupees which they pay for advertisement. Always cost is not the factor beyond which quality is the factor.
7. The vacancy details.
The vacancy position, designation name , for which department of the company, what age group the candidate can fall must be mentioned.
8. The Job details
The nature of job details has to be mentioned to some extent in a small paragraph.
This most of the companies fail to specify clearly in any newspaper or any media and say that they can take care of this in interview.
First the corporate and media have to understand that the candidates seeking jobs are themselves to some extend intelligent enough to understand what type of job candidates are looking for, what salary they expect, in many cases, when candidates see advertisement in newspaper ,the candidates are themselves able to evaluate the nature of job, performance or salary expected range any thing on their own directly nowadays without human resource approach and when they dont find it satisfactory they never apply at all.
Thats the truth of present day scenario.
So Human Resource Department have to be efficient ,functional and highly creative in order to achieve targets via candidates.

This article is to create awareness about the way candidates expect and look from human resource people who can be either from a big company or from an external consultancy also.
